This is so simple and yummy I love to make this when I have no time but know I’ll be super hungry in the morning!

Makes 2 Portions – that’s Monday and Tuesday Breakfast sorted!
- 1 Banana
- 100g porridge
- 1tsp – Cacao powder or a scoop of chocolate protein powder for an extra protein hit
- 200ml – Dairy or dairy alternative I love to use hazelnut milk in this or almond
- 1 tbsp honey
Love this bit…..Mash the banana into a bowl or jar with an air tight lid. Then add all the other ingredients, stir well until everything is combined then pop in the fridge overnight ready for you to attack Monday morning!
I like to top mine with fruit or granola, but if you need an extra chocolate hit why not grate some dark chocolate on top.
