I love to start the day with a fruity smoothie especially after a work out, these are a few of my favourites!


Blueberry Pie

Chocolate Peppermint Cream

  • 200ml Soya Milk*
  • 1 scoop of Forever Lite Ultra Chocolate
  • 1-2 drops of peppermint essence or a handful of mint leaves
  • A sprinkle of chai seeds

Add the milk and then the rest of the ingredients to your blender and blend until frothy.  Enjoy!

 


 

Cranberry and Cinnamon

  • 200ml Almond Milk*
  • 1 scoop of Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla
  • Handful or dried or fresh cranberries handful of mint leaves
  • 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon depending on your taste
  • 5 Almonds

Add the milk and then the rest of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!


Strawberry and Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200ml Soya Milk*
  • 1 scoop of Strawberry Protein Powder
  • Handful of blueberries (approx. 25g)

First add the milk, then the powder and blueberries, finally blitz until smooth.
