Oaty Protein Balls

- 50g Oats
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder*
- 1 tbsp Soya Milk (or preferred dairy alternative or skimmed milk)
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder to roll
Pop all of the ingredients except for the Cacao powder into a medium bowl and mix to form a paste if it’s a little dry add more milk.
Divide the mixture into 6-8 even amounts and using your hands roll into balls.
Pop the Cacao powder into a small shallow container and roll each ball in the cacao powder to coat, add more Cacao powder if necessary. Enjoy pre or post work out or as a healthy snack on the go.
